Job Description
Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for the hospitality industry?
We are looking for a dynamic & strategic Business Development Manager to drive growth across key Corporate, Government & Business accounts. This role is responsible for both retaining and expanding existing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the continued success of Salter Brothers Accor Portfolio.

In this role you will:

  • Identify & convert sales leads into new business opportunities
  • Maintain and grow existing business by developing strong relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within your assigned market segments, contributing to revenue and market share growth
  • Coordinate & host familiarisations and site inspections
  • Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of Corporate, Government, and Business clients, ensuring service excellence and high levels of satisfaction
  • Conduct telemarketing outreach to proactively engage prospects, generate qualified leads, and secure appointments or opportunities for conversion

Qualifications

Your Skills & Experience Include:

  • Proven experience & success in business development and sales in the hotel industry
  • Confidence in conducting telemarketing outreach
  • Exceptional relationship-building, communication & negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a portfolio of accounts while meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service to clients
