Job Description Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for the hospitality industry? We are looking for a dynamic & strategic Business Development Manager to drive growth across key Corporate, Government & Business accounts. This role is responsible for both retaining and expanding existing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the continued success of Salter Brothers Accor Portfolio. In this role you will: Identify & convert sales leads into new business opportunities Maintain and grow existing business by developing strong relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions Identify and secure new business opportunities within your assigned market segments, contributing to revenue and market share growth Coordinate & host familiarisations and site inspections Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of Corporate, Government, and Business clients, ensuring service excellence and high levels of satisfaction Conduct telemarketing outreach to proactively engage prospects, generate qualified leads, and secure appointments or opportunities for conversion Qualifications Your Skills & Experience Include: Proven experience and success in business development and sales (hotel industry preferred, not essential) Confidence in conducting telemarketing outreach Exceptional relationship-building, communication & negotiation skills Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a portfolio of accounts while meeting or exceeding revenue targets Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service to clients Additional Information What’s In It for You Enjoy discounted Heartist® rates across our global network of 5,600 properties, 10,000 food and beverage venues, and wellness centers.
