THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our UK-based team, focusing on Scotland and Northern Ireland. This role will be home-office based with regular travel across the territory to engage with customers, attend meetings, and represent Gallagher at industry events.
In this position, you’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution – building strong relationships with enterprise-level clients, identifying new opportunities, and delivering innovative security solutions that set Gallagher apart. You’ll work closely with channel and solution managers to design and implement strategies that meet sales targets while creating sustainable, long-term value for customers.
