Seashore Recycling & Sustainability Company is a leading environmental solutions provider in Qatar, focusing on recycling, waste management, and sustainable manufacturing. We are committed to promoting the circular economy by converting waste into valuable resources such as aluminium ingots, steel billets, plastic granules, and other eco-friendly products.
As we expand our operations to UAE, we are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive growth, build strong client relationships, and explore new opportunities in the recycling and sustainability sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the business development team to achieve collective targets.
  • ·Set revenue goals, monitor KPIs, and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Represent the company in high-level negotiations, industry forums, and government meetings.
  • Identify and secure large-scale contracts with corporations, municipalities, and industrial clients.
  • Build strategic partnerships with suppliers, NGOs, and government agencies to expand market reach.
  • Explore new revenue streams within recycling (plastics, metals, paper, e-waste, construction waste, etc.).
  • Drive sustainability-focused projects, including circular economy initiatives and ESG-linked services.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to guide decision-making.
  • Develop pricing strategies, partnership models, and innovative service offerings.
  • Monitor global and regional recycling trends to position the company competitively.
  • Establish and maintain strong, long-term client relationships at senior levels.
  • Deliver presentations, proposals, and sustainability solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service, contract compliance, and client satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sustainability, Environmental Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 6–8 years of progressive experience in business development, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record in securing large contracts, partnerships, and high-value accounts (preferably in recycling, waste management, or environmental services).
  • Strong leadership, team management, and people development skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills at executive level.
  • Commercial acumen with ability to design strategies and close complex deals.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and business analytics.
