With 9 years in the market, the Naked Freshwater System has become the most awarded pool sanitiation technology—winning multiple honours, including the prestigious international Good Design Award two years in a row.

We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running in Victoria, with existing contacts and an established respect within our industry.

Qualifications & experience

• Swimming pool industry experience is essential!
• At least 3 years in business development, with a proven record of sales growth via new business.
• Strong skills in time management, communication, presentation, organisation, and logical problem-solving.
• Excellent customer service orientation, able to connect with trades, distributors, and direct customers.
• Capability to deliver clear troubleshooting advice in simple terms.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the existing customer base across Victoria, Tasmania & South Australia.
• Prospect and secure new business to meet sales budgets.
• Deliver top-tier support and training to trade and distribution partners.
• Participate in trade and consumer shows as needed.
• Primarily field-based with a home office.
