Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop and secure new project opportunities across Sydney and surrounding areas
• Build and grow relationships across the construction and design industry
• Develop and manage a strong project pipeline to deliver consistent revenue growth
• Promote complete coating and render systems through consultative, solution-based selling
• Influence project specifications and system selection through technical advice and product knowledge
• Take ownership of projects from early engagement through to successful delivery
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with customers and internal teams to support project outcomes
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, and represent Rockcote at industry events, trade shows, site meetings and product training
