Job Description The Role The Business Development Manager will focus on driving customer acquisition and generating high-quality leads, playing a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and fuel company growth. Key Responsibilities Prioritize lead generation and prospecting activities, focusing on delivering tailored product presentations and negotiations to secure new high-value business opportunities. Perform thorough and extensive account profiling through detailed research and strategic questioning to align solutions with the objectives of corporate clients. Dedicate the majority of time to conducting client visits within VisMin area, emphasizing relationship-building and consultative interactions to better understand client needs. Craft and execute strategic sales plans designed to achieve and exceed defined sales targets, utilizing a consultative approach to proactively address client challenges and opportunities. Prepare and analyze sales performance reports and tools, including trend analyses, to monitor progress and implement improvements that drive sales success. Qualifications So, what we are looking for: Proven expertise in identifying and engaging potential high-value clients, with strong negotiation capabilities to secure business deals effectively. Ability to expertly communicate and deliver presentations in both English and the local dialect, tailored to clients at all levels from various industries. Highly dedicated and resilient, capable of overcoming obstacles and maintaining focus on goals in challenging situations. Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, ever-evolving environment, showing proactive problem-solving and innovation. A minimum of 2 years of experience in business development for B2B high-value accounts, with a focus on driving account acquisition and growth. Possesses a strong sense of purpose aligned with helping others succeed, with a proactive approach to achieving business objectives. Willing and able to travel extensively within the Visayas-Mindanao (VisMin) region for client visits, and to Manila for training sessions and company events at SEEK PH headquarters.
