Description
Performance will be measured by order/POS result in assigned segment. Identify new business opportunities in assigned segments and develop growth initiatives in segments. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in segment. Work together with sales, marketing and AE teams to develop and execute sales strategies. Ensure the progress of business initiatives through daily management. Degree in Engineering. At least 5 years of experience in business development or sales in related segment. A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation strategies
