POSITION SUMMARY:
The Business Development Manager(BDM) Semiconductor Segment will oversee all activities in Semiconductor segment including the development & execution of strategies to accomplish profitable growth for all product lines in concert with corporate goals and direction. The development of these strategies will take into consideration the company?s approach to profitable growth, new customer acquisitions, new product development, service & any additional new approaches. Initially, the focus will be on growing North American Business Unit while supporting customers globally and connecting with other MFS entities outside NA as needed per the strategic plan.
BDM - Must possess the following skills and traits:
Strategic Planning Expertise ? Another key part of this role is using research to develop short-term as well as long-term strategic plans & budgets to meet company?s sales, gross margin and operating income goals. Additionally, working with the marketing team to provide local marketing analysis and implementation of brand strategies to promote company products & services. Developing above the line (ATL) relationships at corporate headquarters, participating in relevant marketing initiatives and increasing MFS footprint within the target customer.
