WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager – Servers & Storage to lead our growth initiatives and expand our market presence. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build strategic relationships with channel partners, and collaborate closely with OEMs to drive revenue growth. Your deep understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure will empower you to deliver tailored solutions to our diverse client base.

Responsibilities
  • Market Development:


    • Identify and target new business opportunities within the servers and storage domain, including resellers, system integrators, and enterprise customers.



      • Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to capitalize on emerging opportunities.

      • Channel Management:


        • Build, manage, and grow robust relationships with channel partners to enhance product reach and boost revenue.



          • Represent our brand at key industry events and trade shows.

          • Customer Engagement:


            • Develop and present customized solutions addressing the unique server and storage needs of enterprise customers.



              • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and support.

              • Go-to-Market Strategy:


                • Design and execute effective GTM strategies to position our products competitively.



                  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to drive sales pipeline and market penetration.

                  • Sales Target Achievement:


                    • Drive revenue growth by consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.



                      • Manage end-to-end sales processes from lead generation to closing deals.

                      • Vendor Collaboration:


                        • Partner with OEMs such as HPE, Dell, Lenovo, NetApp, etc., to align strategies and leverage vendor support.



                          • Keep abreast of new product developments and technological advancements.

                          • Forecasting & Reporting:


                            • Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.



                              • Conduct regular analysis to identify key wins and improvement areas.

                              • Competitive Analysis & Training:


                                • Monitor market and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.



                                  • Train channel partners and customers on product features, benefits, and updates.
