BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – SKILLED TRADES STAFFING

Talent Source is a San Diego, CA based, veteran-owned staffing firm with 15+ years of experience connecting companies with top talent nationwide. We specialize in skilled trades staffing for construction, manufacturing, energy, and facilities—offering both temporary placements and direct hires.
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to grow our skilled trades division with a focus on electrical staffing for commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years in skilled trades staffing sales, ideally with experience placing electrical trades (journeyman, apprentices, low-voltage techs).
  • Proven track record of new business development and revenue generation.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline.
  • Knowledge of commercial construction safety requirements and trade labor compliance is a plus.
