JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving the growth of our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of sales strategies and ideally have experience within 3PL/logistics environment. In addition to salary we are also offering a generous commission structure with uncapped earnings, car allowance, laptop and phone.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in business development or sales management roles, preferably within a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of warehousing, fulfilment and logistics operations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategic partnerships and drive revenue growth.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Identify, target and secure new business opportunities across e-commerce, retails, FMCG and D2C sectors.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to service delivery.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our products and services.
  • Monitor performance KPIs and report on ROI, customer acquisition cost and revenue targets.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and expand professional networks.
