    Description and Requirements
    Role Overview
    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our Smart Collaboration team in the Nordics region. This role is pivotal in driving Workplace Collaboration opportunities across Enterprise, Public Sector, and Global Accounts. You will be responsible for strategic planning, sales execution, and revenue growth, acting as a key contributor to Lenovo’s Smart Collaboration success.
    Key Responsibilities
    Drive business development and account management for Smart Collaboration (A/V) solutions.
    Develop and execute strategic plans to grow revenue and profit across EPS and GA segments.
    Engage with C-level stakeholders to identify, cultivate, and close new business opportunities.
    Position Lenovo’s value proposition and product portfolio effectively.
    Collaborate with internal stakeholders in an overlay sales model to support complex deal environments.
    Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reporting and analysis.
    Represent Lenovo in customer-facing engagements and industry events.
    Required Qualifications
    Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales within IT (hardware/software) or AV industry.
    Proven track record in strategic selling, funnel management, and account acquisition.
    Strong understanding of AV Resellers and UC technologies (preferred).
    Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach.
    Fluent in English; additional Nordic language skills are a plus.
    Willingness to travel up to 50%.
