OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Project Manager to lead the implementation and expansion of our channel partner sales strategy within the ERCOT (Electric Reliability Council of Texas) market. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong background in retail energy sales, project management, and partner enablement.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Familiarity with ERCOT settlement processes, load forecasting, and pricing models.
  • Experience working with retail electric providers (REPs) or energy brokers.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance in Texas energy markets.

Responsibilities

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU ARE LIKELY TO HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Energy Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in retail energy sales, with a focus on ERCOT or deregulated markets.
  • Proven success in building and managing channel partner programs.
  • Strong project management skills (PMP certification a plus).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
