Softvoya is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth and build lasting client partnerships. The role combines working with warm leads from our marketing team and developing your own network to convert opportunities into signed contracts and long-term revenue.
Since 2016, Softvoya has delivered more than 100 projects in fintech, sharing economy, CRM & ERP, and service industries for clients across the US and Europe. We specialize in custom software development and IT outstaffing services that help companies scale effectively.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Base salary: $55K/year for stability
  • Commission: 4–7% on each closed deal, depending on performance
  • Earning potential: $80–90K in the first year with consistent results; $120K+ with strong performance
