REQUIREMENTS:

• Based in Dubai with 5+ years of experience in Business Development, ideally within tech services or SaaS.
• Possesses a strong professional network and established relationships across key sectors and government entities in Dubai.
• Proven track record of building initiatives from the ground up and driving business growth independently.
• Skilled in hiring, managing, and leading teams across business and support functions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
• Solid understanding of technology-driven solutions, including AI, DevOps, SaaS, and custom platforms.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
