For more information, visit www.isaacinstruments.com. Job Description ISAAC is expanding its sales team and seeks an ambitious Business Development Manager to expand our client base in the USA. As a Business Development Manager, you play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for prospecting new clients and presenting ISAAC’s solution along with its benefits. Together with the Solution specialist, you will prepare complete proposals that include objectives, a high-level deployment plan and a quotation. This position requires a proactive approach to understanding client needs, industry trends, and technology solutions, as well as the skills to communicate these effectively to prospects. You demonstrate genuine care and authenticity with your colleagues while embodying ISAAC’s values. You will cover the following territory: Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina, Tennessee. Responsibilities Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and industry contacts Represent the company at industry events to increase visibility and generate leads Develop a robust network of contacts within target industries to support ongoing and future sales Develop tailored sales strategies and proposals for specific accounts, aligning solutions with customer needs Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to closing, ensuring a seamless transition to the operations team Align with Business Development Representative on lead generation and qualification strategies Work with marketing to create targeted campaigns and messaging that resonate with key market segments Collaborate with product and R&D teams to ensure the company’s solutions meet evolving client needs and to relay market feedback Partner with customer success teams to ensure high client satisfaction Establish and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads and manage them through the sales funnel using Salesforce Track, analyze, and report on key metrics Prepare regular forecasts and progress reports for senior leadership Monitor and report on key technology & industry trends, market shifts and competitor strategies and threats Engage in continuous learning to enhance product knowledge and industry expertise Share insights and expertise to strengthen the company’s reputation within the technology industry. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field (MBA or other advanced degree is a plus) 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within the technology or B2B space Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and driving sustainable growth Good negotiation and communication skills Full proficiency in English (spoken & written) Experience with solution-based or consultative selling techniques.
