We operate from two offices: in Poland and Spain, and half of our team works remotely. Our mission is to make language learning simple and enjoyable. Job Description Please note: only applications submitted in English will be considered. Your responsibilities Owning and delivering your individual sales targets. Proactively acquiring new B2B clients across the Spanish market and building lasting business relationships. Presenting Fluentbe's offer and leading negotiations with key decision-makers (HR Directors, HR/L&D Managers, HR Business Partners). Diagnosing client needs and proposing tailored solutions. Tracking sales performance and adapting your approach in response to market trends.
