As we expand across the U.S., we’re building a franchise system designed for scale—and we’re looking for a driven, organized, and strategic Director of Franchise Sales to lead that growth.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, ownership, and execution, and who has a track record of helping brands scale through smart franchise development.

EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years in franchise development, franchise sales, or multi-unit expansion
  • Proven ability to manage and close a franchise sales pipeline independently
  • Experience helping emerging brands scale nationally is a major plus
  • Knowledge of franchise sales best practices, FDDs, and territory strategy

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

  • Highly organized and methodical—able to manage many moving parts across multiple leads
  • Strong ownership mentality: accountable for outcomes, not just activity
  • Clear, confident communicator with the ability to build trust and guide prospects through a structured process
  • Comfortable with CRM systems and reporting tools

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Director of Franchise Sales is responsible for owning the entire franchise sales journey—from initial inquiry to signed agreement. You’ll be the face of our brand to potential franchisees, leading them through a structured, professional education process while ensuring only the most qualified and aligned candidates join our system.
This role demands someone who is deeply organized, process-driven, and ready to play a central role in growing Spartan into a nationally recognized franchise brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the full franchise sales lifecycle: from lead engagement through qualification, discovery, and contract signing
  • Develop and execute a strategic franchise development plan aligned with Spartan’s national growth goals
  • Manage lead flow with a disciplined, organized system—tracking every interaction, touchpoint, and milestone
  • Deliver structured, professional presentations and discovery sessions to educate and inspire prospective owners
  • Qualify candidates based on brand alignment, financial capacity, and operational readiness
  • Maintain clear sales forecasting and pipeline visibility through regular reporting and CRM usage
  • Represent Spartan at franchise expos, discovery days, and industry events
  • Work closely with leadership to continually refine the franchise sales process and ensure scalability
