Responsibilities
  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales,

    • revenue, and expense controls.
    • Meeting planned sales goals.
    • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
    • Analyze and monitor internal processes.
    • Communicate and implement sales priorities for the executive team.
    • Oversee and manage the day-to-day responsibilities of the sales staff.
    • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
    • Coordinating the lead generation.
    • Locate opportunities to expand client base.
    • Network with prospective clients to persuade them to bring their business to the
    • company.
    • Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product
    • knowledge education.
    • Promoting the organization and products.
    • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
    • Meet with existing clients to discuss services.
    • Work to foster lasting relationships with client base.
    • Assist in designing marketing and promotional materials both in print and online.

DUTIES AND TASKS: This position will play a central role in the day-to-day sales

  • operations for the company.
  • Solid organizational and project management skills including ability to establish
  • priorities, navigate back and forth between multiple tasks/priorities and strong
  • detailed execution.
  • Keeping the supervisor informed about the status of work being performed.
  • Offering possible solutions for problems that arise.
  • Informing the supervisor about problems and potential problems as early as
  • possible.
  • Respecting the confidentiality of the Company, customer and personnel information.
  • Demonstrating ability to tactfully handle difficult situations.
  • Making the best use of time.
  • Consistently showing ability to recognize and deal with priorities.
  • Showing initiative.
  • Performing all duties in an independent manner with little supervision.
  • Recognizing and performing duties which need to be performed, although not
  • directly assigned, and assisting others as needed.
  • Not abusing or taking advantage of personal days off.
  • Always providing proper notification and advance notice of absence.
  • Reporting to work on time each day, after lunch breaks, etc., and not leaving
  • early.

  • procedures.

  • position and situation.
