Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities. This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and business development strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Experienced professional working UAE region.
  • Candidate should be experienced in IT.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

  • Driving License (Preferred)
Responsibilities
  • Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities:
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and expand market presence.
  • Experience in IT/software product sales, and specifically in field sales within the UAE.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • clients have handled in the UAE (SMBs, large enterprises, government, healthcare, BFSI, etc.)
  • Sales and Revenue Growth:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales goals.
  • IT products or software solutions have sold here (e.g., ERP, CRM, cloud, cybersecurity, networking, hardware
  • Market Analysis and Strategy:
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement business development plans in alignment with company objectives.
