Business Development Manager | Manchester | Permanent | Full time | 37.5 hours per week | Competitive basic salary plus excellent benefits The OrthTeam Centre, Manchester is currently looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join their Senior Management Team on a full-time and permanent basis.  We are looking for a pro-active and results orientated business development and marketing professional to drive growth, referrals and brand awareness for our centre. OrthTeam is a state-of-the-art diagnostics and outpatient centre with world-class experts in a private healthcare facility. The OrthTeam Centre specialises in orthopaedic and musculoskeletal problems - from sports injuries to degenerative and arthritic conditions.  Contract type: Permanent, Full-time Working hours: Monday to Friday between 8 am and 6 pm - Some requirement for evening work depending on event delivery As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth and business development of the Orth Team Centre including engagement with key stakeholders and referrers. The postholder is also responsible for leading our Sports and Exercise Medicine (SEM) and Elite sports services across the Northwest of the UK. The role will target all key referrers such as GP’s, insurers, professional and elite sports clubs, academies, National Governing Bodies (NGBs) and physiotherapy networks as well as implementing strategic partnerships. This role will involve strategic planning and business development. To achieve this you will: * Develop and execute business development and marketing strategies to increase patient volumes and revenue streams across the centre as well as brand awareness. * Identify areas for service growth and development, working with the clinical teams to implement these services. * Identify opportunities to expand the centre’s services into new markets and specialties.
