At Sprung, we’re seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager. This role demands a meticulous focus on understanding Client needs, a goal-oriented mindset, and a passion for creative problem-solving. Representing the Sprung brand requires dedication, a collaborative spirit, and a commitment to building lasting Client relationships. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- 3–5 years of professional sales experience; experience with long sales cycles is a strong asset.
- A proven network and exceptional networking capabilities.
- Proficient with technology; Salesforce experience is an advantage.
- Background in the construction industry is beneficial.
- Self-motivated and confident in cold calling and initiating Client interactions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective engagement with commercial and industrial Clients.
- Outstanding time-management skills to ensure timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.
- Ability and willingness to travel within designated territories; a valid passport and non-GDL class driver’s license are mandatory.
