QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years in advertising/marketing BD, client partnership, or platform commercialization.
• Strong commercial sense, proven opportunity-to-win conversion.
• Existing TikTok or platform-side relationships a plus.
• Bilingual in Mandarin and English; ability to work across time zones.

ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for a Business Development professional to expand TikTok Shop’s IMC (Integrated Marketing Communications) footprint in the US market. This role focuses on client acquisition, platform partnership, and revenue growth. You will build senior-level relationships, capture new briefs, and drive opportunities into signed programs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop new business opportunities with global brands, agencies, and TikTok platform stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with TikTok ecosystem teams (procurement, brand, IMC).
• Own the commercial process: prospecting, pitching, solutioning, pricing, and contract closure.
• Track market trends and identify whitespace opportunities for TikTok Shop.
• Partner with internal strategy and creative teams to shape winning proposals.
