Responsibilities

Seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Business Development Manager who will be responsible for business development and technical specification activities for SRG Global’s Engineered Products Division.
This role will include liaising with clients, delivering technical presentations, site product training, providing technical product/engineering advice, and efficiently coordinating and managing all aspects of processes for product sales, for the WA market.
We are looking for someone who is proven to be strong at developing business opportunities by building and maintaining client relationships.
We offer flexible working arrangements as this role will require regular client/site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration with management in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company.
  • Manages an assigned sales area and product lines to maximise sales revenues and meet corporate objectives.
  • Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales prices in consultation with Management.
  • Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams for assigned territory.
  • Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in the assigned company’s products.
  • Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
  • Implements all sales policies, practices and procedures.
  • Collaborates with Management to develop sales strategies to improve market share in target product lines.
  • Interprets short and long-term effects on sales strategies and operating profit.
  • Improves company image by establishing programs/seminars in the areas of new account sales and growth, sales of emerging products and multi-product sales, profitability, improved presentation strategies, competitive strategies, proper use and level of sales support, management of expenses and business/financial issues on contracts.
  • Collaborates with Products team members to establish and control budgets for sales promotion and trade show expenses.
