SSP are a large construction organisation based in Dublin. We are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join our Dublin office.
Working from home / remote working can be discussed with flexible hours.
The role comes with a company car and fuel card.
Salary range is €40k to €50k + commission structure.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in a sales / business development role.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Good record of reaching set sales targets.

• Develop business for the leinster region by educating the market, hunting new opportunities, and building relationships with customers.
• Generating new leads as well as following up on warm leads.
• Meeting with the country managing director on a regular bases.
• Work by the company’s sales strategies to achieve its business goals.
• Represent the company as the key business person in the Leinster region.
• Account management and servicing for customers to make sure solutions are properly delivered and generate more business.
• Participate and support industrial events to promote the company and solutions and acquire new business opportunities.
• Managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to after sales.
• Managing virtual and in-person sales meetings.
• Other sales and marketing activities assigned.
