REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in IT staffing or consulting.Strong understanding of staff augmentation models (B2B, etc.).Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Experience working with Singapore and international clients.Knowledge of IT Hiring is required.Understanding of talent acquisition trends and recruitment delivery cycles.Local candidates who do not require visa sponsorship preferred
