Talent Source is a veteran-owned staffing company with over 15 years of experience connecting companies with top talent nationwide. We’re expanding into mortgage and financial services staffing and are looking for a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect, qualify, and generate new business with mortgage lenders, banks, and financial institutions.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of staffing opportunities within the mortgage & finance sector.
  • Partner with recruiters to deliver high-quality candidates to clients.
  • Develop strong, long-term relationships with hiring managers, executives, and HR teams.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals through consistent outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking).
  • Represent Talent Source’s veteran-owned brand and commitment to excellence.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or recruiting (mortgage/financial services preferred).
  • Knowledge of mortgage banking operations (loan origination, underwriting, servicing, etc.) is a plus.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and close business.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset.
