BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (ON-SITE)

We’re seeking a high-energy, motivated individual with a proven track record of closing deals and building lasting client relationships to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for presenting and selling our staffing services, securing new business, and negotiating staffing contracts. If you are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation to closing and account growth, we want to hear from you!

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in B2B sales with proven success; preferably in staffing.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a full cycle sales process from outbound prospecting to closing.
  • Proficiency in managing pipelines and book of business.
  • High energy individual with the drive to succeed.
  • Experience presenting in front of decision makers with strong acquisition skills.

Responsibilities
  • Expanding client portfolios in emerging markets to drive new regional revenue growth.
  • Negotiating and securing contracts with key clients, resulting in new business opportunities and revitalization of previously inactive accounts
  • Closing staffing contracts for temp, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions while promoting our additional services such as payrolling, drug testing, etc.
  • Working with recruiters to fill staffing orders
  • Occasional promotional events including but not limited to job fairs, after hours chamber events, and volunteering.
  • Seeking new clients to sell our staffing services.
