Job Title: Business Development Manager (Starlink)
Location: Livingston, West Lothian (In-office 5 days a week).
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: Circa £45,000 + commission

REQUIREMENTS

About you:

  • Motivated sales professional with experience in B2B sales
  • Experience within the Telecommunications industry in an Account Management, Sales Development or similar role
  • Interest in the Energy and Maritime industry is highly desirable
  • Target driven, with a focus on growing relationship development
  • Ambitious, and excited to work on solutions that involve bleeding edge connectivity technology.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive growth in B2B Starlink services globally.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in various markets.
  • Actively engage in cold calling and market mapping to uncover potential leads and target new clients.
  • Design and implement effective email campaigns and outreach strategies to generate interest and establish connections with prospective customers.
  • Proactively generate own leads and consistently follow up to nurture relationships, ensuring a robust pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Schedule and conduct onsite visits to potential clients to build relationships, understand their needs, and present our solutions.
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of the telecommunications industry and the unique value propositions of Starlink services for businesses.
  • Nurture relationships with potential B2B customers, understanding their needs, and aligning our services with their objectives.
  • Negotiate business deals and contracts with B2B customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote Starlink services to B2B customers.
  • Prepare detailed reports on the status of existing and prospective business opportunities.
