Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Actively prospecting, sourcing and securing new business opportunities to grow the rent roll.
  • Conducting professional appraisals and listing presentations.
  • Building and maintaining a prospective client database with consistent follow-up to convert leads into appraisals and listings, including collaborating with other departments for referrals.
  • Negotiating fees and working with the team coordinator to prepare all required documentation for new listings.
  • Representing the agency at open homes to enhance brand awareness.
  • Upholding compliance with legislation and delivering exceptional service to clients.
