QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, ideally in hospitality, FMCG, events, or floral/retail industries.
  • Have a valid UAE driving license, and ideally a car.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and set up a sales function from scratch.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal-writing skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail in client delivery.
  • Experience in Market Research and Strategic Planning
  • Excellent Client Relationship Management skills .

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Business Development Manager will be esponsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to expand the company’s market presence. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, negotiating contracts, creating proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Development & Sales:

  • Bulld and nurture strong relationships with existing supermarket and retail clients, expanding order volume and product range.
  • Prospect, pitch, and close new business opportunities in hospitality, hotels, event planners, and corporate accounts.
  • Develop tailored proposals, presentations, and pricing strategies for clients.

Account Management:

  • Act as the key point of contact for client communication and escalation.
  • Ensure delivery and implementation are aligned with client expectations,working closely with operations.
  • Regularly review account performance and propose upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

Sales Collateral & Strategy:

  • Develop compelling sales collaterals, pitch decks, and marketing materials.
  • Contribute to building the sales process, pipeline management, and reporting structure.
  • Identify and share market insights, competitor analysis, and growth opportunities.
