Engage with customers and consultants to identify needs, influence specifications, and develop tailored stormwater and piping solutions, leveraging feedback to drive product adoption and demand.
Act as the go-to technical expert by delivering training, resolving product issues, advising internal teams, and supporting project commissioning to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction. Be the go-to person for technical matters of varying complexity and ensure team members are adequately trained as well.
Coordinate closely with sales, engineering, marketing, manufacturing, and external partners to align on product development, improvement, and successful go-to-market execution. Coordinates with the global team, as required. Works closely with the quality team to manage product recalls and customer complaints.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities, define go-to-market strategies, oversee product launches, and monitor performance to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Drive sales and margin growth through product positioning, marketing support, regular customer engagement, and ensuring alignment of offerings with strategic goals and industry standards.
Engineering Graduate with 10+ years of experience in a similar role out of which at least 3 years should be in a piping industry. A strong technical background in piping systems, and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges in product development is essential
Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to work with teams

Experience in developing and implementing operational procedures.
