About The Role The Business Development Manager plays a key role in driving the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and managing strategic relationships, and executing initiatives that support long-term revenue expansion. This role suits a proactive, results-driven professional with strong commercial acumen and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. What You Will Do Identify, research, and evaluate new market opportunities, customer segments, and potential partnerships. Develop and execute strategic initiatives to strengthen the company’s market presence and competitiveness. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform business strategy and decision-making. Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through networking, industry events, digital channels, and targeted outreach. Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progress toward revenue targets. Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients and partners. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Understand client needs and collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and support long-term account growth. Oversee the onboarding and transition of new clients, accounts, or partnerships. What We Are Looking For Strong understanding of crypto OTC markets, including pricing, spreads, liquidity, slippage, settlement, and counterparty risk. Solid knowledge of digital assets, blockchain fundamentals, tokens, stablecoins, and market structure. Experience with KYC/AML processes, compliance requirements, and institutional client onboarding. Familiarity with banking services, fiat on/off-ramps, virtual accounts, and crypto payment rails. A collaborative, results-oriented mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
