As our Business Development Manager, you’ll play a vital role in building long-term partnerships alongside the team and helping to drive revenue. Although everyone at Summit takes part in sales and business development through our daily actions, this position will lead the charge out in the field connecting with existing customers as well as finding and developing new relationships to share with the team.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with sales strategies that align with our business goals
• Attend networking events, industry conferences, and community gatherings to grow your presence
• Collaborate closely with operations and leadership to ensure exceptional service delivery
• Track pipeline activity, report progress, and hit monthly/quarterly sales goals
• Drive client retention through thoughtful engagement, follow-ups, and appreciation efforts
• Represent our brand with professionalism, energy, and a solutions-first mindset
• Own our digital presence: create social content, manage the website, and oversee campaigns
• Lead internal employee appreciation initiatives and team-building events
• Support teammates in their networking and relationship-building efforts
• Help champion our company values across all internal and external touchpoints
