REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage leads and deals using a CRM system
  • Experience in business development and sales in digital advertising, ad tech, or media in DACH-region
  • A “hunter” mindset: goal-oriented, proactive, and motivated to close deals
  • An outgoing personality with a passion for networking and relationship-building
  • Proficient communication skills in both German and English
  • Solid understanding of programmatic advertising and industry trends
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM preferred
