Job Summary:
In this role you will be responsible for acquiring new customers by selling existing products and services while developing business opportunities within a defined territory or customer segment. You will identify potential clients, develop sales strategies to penetrate these accounts and expand relationships to maximize revenue growth. This position requires a high level of self-motivation, persistence and creativity in seeking out new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Generating leads and identifying new business opportunities through prospecting efforts
  • Identifying qualified prospects and developing them into viable business opportunities
  • Making cold calls to generate interest and set up meetings with key decision makers
  • Developing and delivering compelling presentations to senior management on why our solutions are a good fit for their needs
  • Negotiating contracts and closing deals
  • Building long term relationships with clients by providing excellent service and support
  • Staying current on industry trends and understanding how they impact your customers’ businesses
  • Keeping accurate records of all activities related to client acquisition efforts

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience in a professional sales environment required
  • Proven track record of success in a consultative sales process
  • Strong communication skills (oral, written and presentation)
  • Excellent organizational abilities including time management, prioritization, multitasking and follow through
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of financial services industry preferred
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Solid negotiation skills
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Language: English, Arabic and French
