EXPERIENCE & SKILLS :

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Business Development Manager in our Vendor Division, you’ll build and manage relationships with B2B resellers and service providers, helping them integrate asset finance into their sales process. You’ll be responsible for onboarding new vendor partners, maintaining strong commercial relationships, and driving revenue through funded transactions. This is a consultative, relationship-driven sales role with a long-term growth focus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify, contact, and onboard new vendor partners in target sectors (e.g., IT, software, AV, plant & machinery).
  • Manage and nurture your portfolio of vendor accounts, supporting them with finance quotes, deal structures, and funding applications.
  • Deliver presentations and product training to vendor teams (remotely and in-person).
  • Use Synergi’s self-serve finance portal (Synergi Partner Portal) to help vendors quote, track, and manage applications efficiently.
  • Work closely with the Business Coordinator and Senior BDM for smooth processing of deals and partner support.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns targeting your vendor segments.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly GP targets in line with your experience and role level.
  • Maintain accurate records of activity and pipeline using the CRM system.
