JOB SUMMARY

The Business Development Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for identifying, developing, and executing sales and marketing strategies driving revenue growth, strengthening market presence, and enhancing brand reputation. This will oversee both the sales and marketing activities, ensuring alignment between business development efforts and brand positioning to achieve the organization’s objectives. This position reports to the President of the Company.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8–12+ years of progressive experience in sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Experience in flexible packaging preferred.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM tools, and data analytics.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, result-driven environment.
