We’re Hiring | Business Development Manager 📍 Location: Egypt 🏢 Industry: Advertising 💼 Employment Type: Full-Time We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and strengthening client relationships within the advertising industry. Key Responsibilities: Prospect and acquire new clients to grow business revenue Plan and deliver effective pitches and presentations Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Present new products and services and enhance current accounts Forecast sales targets and support the team in achieving them Track account activity and support deal closures Identify new campaign opportunities, products, and distribution channels Consult with senior management on market trends and business growth strategies Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field 4–6 years of experience in business development or marketing (advertising industry preferred) Very good command of English (written & spoken) Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Strong business acumen and understanding of marketing principles Professional attitude with the ability to work under pressure Residence in Heliopolis, Nasr City, or nearby areas
