Role : Business Development Manager – TTHExperience : 12+ YearsLocation : Auckland, New ZealandJob Type : Full Time (Permanent)

  • Required SkillsStrong experience in consultative sales, account development, or partnerships
  • Understanding of travel, aviation, tourism, or hospitality industries — or strong interest in learning these domains
  • Ability to build strong, trust‑based relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Experience participating in large proposals, RFP responses, or cross‑functional bid teams
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with global delivery teams and subject‑matter experts
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear value propositions
  • Existing CIO influencer network
  • Strong personal brand in the New Zealand market amongst the tech fraternity
  • Key partner stakeholder experience


  • Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, shape, and qualify new business opportunities across the travel ecosystem
  • Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, CXO stakeholders, and key influencers in the travel and hospitality sectors
  • Lead pursuit efforts, proposals, and solution development for long‑term transformation initiatives
  • Collaborate with global experts in aviation, airline systems, operations, digital experience, loyalty, and hospitality technology
  • Support opportunities across a wide range of domains, including:
  • Customer experience & digital channelsAirline operations (crew, network, flight ops)Airport and ground operationsLoyalty and customer engagementRevenue management & commercial systemsData, analytics, and AI use casesCybersecurity and resilienceRepresent TCS at industry forums and sector events
  • Contribute to market strategies, forecasts, and growth planning
