We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading provider of mechanical solutions for water management, flood defence, and environmental services. Due to significant growth and substantial new contracts, they are seeking a BDM/Regional Sales Managers – covering the midlands region. (You would be focused on areas like Peterborough/Cambridge/Norwich & Lincoln)

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • A strong sales background in mechanical engineering and/or construction.
  • Experience within the water flow control sector is desirable.
  • Knowledge of NEC Contracts is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A technical mindset with an understanding of mechanical and electrical engineering.
  • A creative problem-solver with great attention to detail.
  • Confident and commercially aware.

QUALIFICATIONS

Formal qualifications in Business or Engineering are desirable but not essential.
