Description

STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP

  • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve the goals and objectives of the unit, aligned with the overall company vision.
  • Identify new market opportunities, drive business growth, and build a competitive presence in the oil and gas technologies sector.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance and ensure continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
  • Professional certifications in project management or manufacturing (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma, ASME) are desirable.

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 10-12 years of experience in the oil and gas equipment manufacturing sector, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering complex projects for ADNOC or other major oil and gas companies.
  • Hands-on experience with the design, fabrication, and installation of process skid packages, well-testing units, cementing units, and pressure vessels.
  • Experience in collaborating with international technology providers and representing them in local markets.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Strong understanding of ADNOC standards, UAE regulatory requirements, and international codes (API, ASME, ISO, etc.).
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex business challenges.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for managing client relationships and vendor partnerships.
  • Financial acumen to manage budgets, forecast revenues, and optimize costs.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and other business management tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to represent the organization at industry trade conferences and exhibitions.
