About the role
Business Development at Revolut drives growth by expanding reach and unlocking new revenue streams. They forge strategic partnerships, identify untapped markets, and turn ambitious ideas into actionable plans. Working closely across teams and industries, they lead deals that open doors and create lasting impact.
We’re looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to own and drive strategic retail development initiatives for various products. You’ll work closely with our global partners while pursuing new opportunities and looking for ways to improve profitability.

What you’ll be doing

  • Differentiating Revolut’s offering by proposing and developing new products, aiming to increase engagement and profitability
  • Managing high-impact relationships independently and proactively
  • Developing new features with product teams and partners to continue Revolut’s hyper growth
  • Negotiating terms to offer forward-thinking features to millions of customers around the world
  • Understanding and diving into multiple problems, developing root-cause analyses, and coming up with groundbreaking solutions

What you’ll need

  • Experience in corporate development, consulting, or a fast paced startup/scale-up
  • A demonstrated ability to construct, analyse, and deliver new business lines and products
  • Experience executing projects with a hands-on approach
  • Project management experience across various functions and complexities
  • Fluency in English with outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent business acumen and interpersonal skills
  • Natural curiosity and a will to make an impact
