Description:

THE PERSON

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Salesperson to As a Business Development manager, you will be responsible for selling DMC Radiology Reporting to the private healthcare sector / suppliers and associated NHS Organisations across the United Kingdom.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strategic mindset, exceptional sales skills, and a deep understanding of the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies: Create and execute a comprehensive sales / account strategy to promote DMC Imaging Radiology Reporting Services into the Independent Healthcare sector / suppliers and any associated NHS organisations. Identify potential sales opportunities, establish target accounts, and develop relationships with key
decision-makers.
Build and maintain relationships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within independent healthcare sector and any associated NHS organisation. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Generate new business: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare sector. Leverage market intelligence and industry trends to identify potential clients, establish initial contact, and convert leads into sales.
Conduct sales presentations and negotiations: Deliver compelling sales presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to prospective clients. Effectively communicate the value proposition of DMC Radiology reporting services, addressing client concerns and objections. Lead negotiations and contract discussions to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with internal departments, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales strategies. Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to help shape DMC Radiology Reporting offerings and improve overall sales performance.
Achieve sales targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the company. Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to the management team, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends: Stay abreast of the latest developments, policies, and regulations in the healthcare industry. Continuously expand knowledge of DMC Healthcare’s services and the competitive landscape to effectively position the company as a market leader.
