Description
Business Development Manager We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager to expand Tendit Group’s footprint across the Arizona landscape market. This role is built for a true hunter, someone who thrives on prospecting, building new relationships, and closing commercial landscape service contracts. What You Will Do • Drive new business through proactive outreach, networking, and on-site visits • Target commercial property managers, HOAs, multifamily communities, industrial parks, and municipal leads • Build a sustainable pipeline while prioritizing new account acquisition • Conduct prospect site walk-throughs and identify landscape improvement opportunities • Prepare proposals and service scopes aligned to landscape needs seasonal, maintenance, and enhancement services • Partner with Operations to price, scope, and deliver services accurately • Represent Tendit as the primary point of contact in the Arizona landscape market • Track closing ratios, pipeline activity, and revenue performance • Build long-term client relationships that drive recurring revenue What We’re Looking For • 4+ years in landscape, grounds maintenance, or commercial field services • Demonstrated history of strong hunting performance and new business acquisition • Experience selling into property management, HOAs, and commercial real estate • Ability to walk sites, assess landscape conditions, and speak to operational solutions • Clear communication skills both in person and over phone/video • CRM proficiency and disciplined follow-up • Valid driver’s license and ability to be in the field several days each week • Spanish bilingual is a plus Preferred Industry Background Candidates who have sold or worked in: • landscape maintenance • enhancements • irrigation • facility maintenance • commercial property services We’ve got you covered.
