Description

Pain Management physician that is a well-established is seeking an experienced marketing professional for full time position. This individual will be responsible for identifying new referral sources as well as enhancing the collaborative relationships that we currently enjoy with our referring physicians. This individual must have an outgoing and engaging demeanor, the ability to communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals. You will utilize your marketing expertise to help develop and execute marketing programs that will increase demand and drive patients to the practice. This position will require the individual to work in person face to face with referral sources. It is not a office position.
Job Qualifications:
*Develop marketing plan and strategies for increasing referrals
*Critical thinking
*Experience with web design and or graphics design software applications such as WordPress, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, ETC preferred.
*Identify and schedule events that will allow AOA physicians to interact with the community, hospitals, and patients through speaking engagements, educational sections and community event and online events.
*Performing a variety of duties often changing from one task to another of a different nature
*Excellent communicate skills to include writing, editing and verbal
*Establish and maintain effective working relationships
*Meet schedules and deadlines of work
*Exhibit a high level of innovation and creativity relating to enhancing relationships with referring sources
*Appropriately manage the marketing budget as approved by the physician or administrator
*High level of motivation
*Strong organizational skill with a sense of time management

REQUIREMENTS:

Requirements:

  • Some College/Associate’s Degree in Marketing or Mass Communications with 2 years of work experience with all social media platforms to include but not limited to: Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Snapchat
  • Degree in Marketing, Advertising or Communication preferred and 2 years of healthcare experience, or, Associate’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or Communications plus 5 years’ healthcare experience
  • Experience in customer service or other people-oriented fields desired
  • Ability to work early morning, evening and weekend hours on occasion
  • Exceptional Microsoft Office skills including high level of competence with PowerPoint
