We’re expanding our team in Tezlom and seeking a Business Development Executive to join our North Birmingham team. If you have experience in business development and client relationship management, and you’re ready to make a meaningful impact, this opportunity is for you.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

Position: Business Development Executive
Location: North Birmingham and surrounding areas, with an office base in Walsall
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum plus uncapped commission
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • New Client Development: Identify and engage potential clients within North Birmingham and surrounding areas, presenting Tezlom’s recruitment services effectively.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities to keep Tezlom competitive.
