QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience in business development, sales, or commercial management (hospitality/F&B/design sectors preferred).
  • Proven track record of securing high-value projects and partnerships.
  • Strong network within the UAE and GCC hospitality and real estate industries.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).

Responsibilities

ROLE PURPOSE

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth across TGP International’s portfolio of services in the UAE and wider GCC region. The role requires a proactive, entrepreneurial professional with strong knowledge of the hospitality, F&B, and real estate industries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities in hospitality consultancy, franchising, and event partnerships.
  • Build and maintain relationships with developers, investors, hotel operators, and brand partners.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and awareness of industry trends and gaps in the F&B and lifestyle sector.
  • Lead the preparation and delivery of proposals, pitches, and presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements to secure new projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (concept design, design, advisory, marketing, operations etc.) to ensure seamless delivery of client solutions.
  • Represent TGP International at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
  • Track business development activities through CRM tools and prepare regular pipeline reports (Hubspot).
