Due to rapid growth within the business, we’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our amazing Restart team at The B2W Group! This is an exciting opportunity to join a fantastic organisation making a difference within the community.
Our Business Development Managers will establish, grow and maximise employer relationships in identified key sectors across the region or contract area. They will be responsible for sourcing and establishing new business and developing existing relationships with employers to provide opportunities for repeat, volume, sustainable jobs for B2W participants. The right candidate will be target driven and work with KPI’s which align to the three areas of their role (Sales, Service and Specialist Support).

Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with new and existing employers to generate ongoing, exclusive or ringfenced vacancies and supported opportunities for B2W participants, identifying the recruitment needs of each employer and tailoring pre-screens and group assessments to their specific needs and ensuring that contractual terms are met.
  • Confidently and effectively sell the B2W Employer Services offer to new and potential employers, utilising marketing tools and collateral, social media, online and web-based meeting and conference (webinar) tools and self-sourcing opportunities aligned with their area of expertise or sector.
  • Make regular contact with all key employers with repeat vacancies, conducting fortnightly meetings at a minimum with all major employers and account managed relationships where ongoing recruitment is occurring.

    • Coach Employment Advisors in effective job-search techniques, including employer engagement, vacancy sourcing, application preparation, and interview readiness strategies.

    • Ensure clear and effective communication with the EA teams, promoting opportunities and employers to prepare participants for Sector-Based Work Academy Programmes and Pre-Employment Training, including forward planning for future roles.
    • Meet and exceed all individual performance targets on a monthly basis, seeking feedback and input to continuously improve and deliver strong outcomes for our participants and commissioners.
